Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. Please allow extra time during peak periods.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, any loss or damage becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.
We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the courier, but Racine Racine cannot be held liable for such incidents.

For international orders, customs fees or other additional charges (such as import taxes or courier fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
Since we cannot control or estimate these costs, we do not provide an estimated amount for them at the time of purchase. Please check with your local authorities for more information before placing an order.
